About
The past
Electrotechnics first. Then a period in an IT services company: lots of travel, lots of detours, little substance. What weighed on me was not the work — it was the too-narrow field of action, the feeling of maintaining things instead of building them.
The present
Since April 2022, at alfa-safety, in the infogérance team, as a cloud system and network engineer. I start and lead several projects still in progress: a reliable network (NetBird), workstations that install themselves (Toolbox), visible automation (n8n — prod/preprod, workflows for Ubuntu lifecycle and CVE processing in an ISO 27001 context), and an LLM experiment that led to an IA gateway POC (LiteLLM / Bifrost, providers OVH AI Endpoints and Mistral).
Keep reading in the blog — the substance of what I do and why, written to be understood without being in the field.
Current projects detail the present; the road ahead fits in one word: industrialize. MLOps, LLMOps, IAOps — making AI as reliable as the infra I run today.
How this site is built
This site is not hosted on a platform. It is at home:
- Content is written in markdown, committed in the repo.
- Astro compiles everything into static files.
- Docker Compose orchestrates two containers: the site and Traefik.
- Traefik does the reverse proxy, HTTPS and Let's Encrypt certificates, all on its own.
No CMS, no SaaS. If it runs, I maintain it. That is what "engineer" means to me.
